With scaled movements, everybody is catered for ensuring your exercise session is targeting areas specific to your health, regardless if you are suffering from chronic health conditions or just looking to improve your health and wellbeing. Our classes use time-limits rather than set amounts to ensure nobody feels left behind, and everybody finishes at the same time.
